The objective of the Esthetician – Manicure program is to develop, in each student, a basic knowledge of all types of facial services, skin disorders and diseases, and nail disorders and diseases. Students will learn techniques in manicure, pedicure, and artificial nail application services, facial cleansing and facial massage, as well as makeup and various eyelash applications.The purpose of the Esthetician – Manicure program is to develop the knowledge and skills in the practice of esthetics, makeup, manicuring and pedicuring necessary for success on the state board exams and to gain entry and continual employment in the beauty industry.
